Namaste: We have a yoga class in Roseville to be led by Promila. Make your Wednesdays open and give yourself a well deserved yoga class. Start or explore a meaningful practice that will lead you to develop flexibility, power and inner peace. After the practice, you will feel your entire body stimulated with vigor and intensity. This is a vinyasa class with emphasis on breath and mind awareness, appropriate for all levels. What is vinyasa: Ashtanga/Vinyasa - Vinyasa employs connecting flowing postures based on Ashtanga poses. It is a physically demanding practice yet helps calm the chattering mind, reduce stress, increase flexibility and redirect attention to an internal experience. The practice itself may be rigorous and physically challenging yet gentle, refreshing and calming. We will engage our large muscle group, core, arm balances then back bends. Join us and bring a friend or friends.

PLEASE READ BELOW IN ITS ENTIRETY Dress comfortably. Do not wear loose tops, cologne or perfume. Bring a yoga mat. We have limited quantities of mats to share. Always check with your healthcare provider or personal physician before engaging in any physical activities. Sign up is not automatic. Remember, an RSVP is a social commitment.
