Planning your week?

Greetings Everyone!

We had a great turn out last week for Trevor Little's BDD & Cucumber presentation. The talk was very informative as well as entertaining. As always the presentation was followed by some interesting discussions. If you didn't get a chance to join us, I would encourage you to try again next month.

If you can't wait to get you Ruby fix, your next chance is as early as this week! The RubyJax OpenHacks meetup @ Bold Bean Coffee in Riverside is this Tuesday starting at 6:30 pm. If you have something you're working on or want to work with someone new, this is your opportunity to code and share. Come out to create and/or learn!

Also, this week you have the two Code & Coffee meetups to start your Tuesday mornings off right. You can choose from either the Riverside or Jax Beach flavor.

Want to take your Rails skills to the next level? Coming in March, RubyJax will present a Ruby Pairing with Andy and Micah. The day long session will follow along with the pair as they create an application from scratch using the Hashrocket tool chain. Participants will attend a required setup session Friday evening to ensure that their laptops are ready to go for Saturday and get to know the rest of the group. Participation is limited to 10 group members so please only take a spot if you can attend. The event is being co-sponsored by Starfield a local Rails product shop.

Looking forward to seeing you around town!
