COME JOIN OUR RUN FOR CHANGE TO GROUP SATURDAY & SUNDAYS 10:30am

From 5 km to 10 km and HIIT training, we will mix it up and progress each meet up.

Beginning Jan and continue throughout the year... making the group grow and discover new paths' trails, beat new distance goals, meet new people and have fun!

Think nature trails, tree colours and the fresh air! Run For Change TORONTO is a group of beginners, intermediates, advance - inspiring each other to be at personal best.

We will meet outside at 390 Queens Quay West (outside Shoppers Drug Mart) 10:30 am SHARP.

Grab a friend and come on over and join in the fun! This running group is geared to beginners and runs about 5km. All levels. Everyone is welcome! No one is left behind. Run or walk/run. Each week we will discover new paths, trails etc (please message for your suggestions or ideas!)
