Our unique, all-levels group gathers at least a couple times a month to enjoy the great outdoors, the pleasure of moving and being active, and especially the company of like-minded others who share a desire to keep growing and feeling alive! Some of us run, others jog or walk, and collectively we feel that our togetherness itself is a vital part of our workout.
True to our group's intention to "run for life", we welcome joggers and walkers at all levels of ability and participation, no matter what their degree of experience. We are dedicated to each and every one of us being free of having to prove anything, to ourselves or anyone else.
We have discovered that this openness and acceptance that we bring to one another, regardless of our age or current state of physical ability, makes all the difference in our health and happiness, and we're sure you will want to experience it for yourself!
What To Expect: •10 minutes of pre-run stretching • 45-60 minutes of medium walking/running on gravel trails (we generally go for a 5K, or about 3.1 miles) • Amazing company, beautiful vistas, happy oxygenation • Join with others for brunch afterwards (optional)
