Yoga on Tap + Barefoot Running Clinic

Join us for a barefoot running clinic followed by the usual yoga class, both led by Joshua Alexander of STRVTMVMNT (https://strvtmvmnt.co/).

The clinic will include a discussion and drills followed by a short run where we can practice what we've learned. We'll cover:

1. What is barefoot running?

2. Why barefoot running is beneficial for both short- and long-term muscle, joint, and heart health.

3. Proper form and how to transition to a minimal shoe.

For the yoga class after, the cost is $10 (cash only) and includes a pint of beer. All levels are welcome including beginners.

Feel free to come to just the clinic or just yoga - or both!
