If you’d like to be a part of the Run Talk Run community, we’d love to have you!
You do not have to be an experienced runner. You do not have to suffer with your mental health. You do not have to be London-based and able to attend the weekly runs.
All that is required is that you are a friendly, supportive human who believes in breaking down the stigma and supporting each other. Simple.
