What we're about

Run Together is a social & casual running group started by a group of old Otago University friends. Run together is also an initiative to promote mental health, each week after the run we have a quick chat on a topic related to mental health where people can discuss topics and share tricks and tips. The sole purpose is to connect with others, explore the town and fight the stigma around discussing mental health in NZ. Two running lengths each week (3k and 5k) which you can choose from, all ages welcome (most of us are late twenties), 50/50 split between male/female.

Run together is a running club with a goal of ending the stigma of discussing mental health in NZ. We run, we chat and we connect every week. Group splits into 5k or 3k and some people choose to walk. We started by a group of Otago Uni friends and all are welcome, any age or gender!
