Running and sightseeing are fun together.


I finished my first marathon in 2005 and my fifteenth marathon in 2015. I run to explore and reach every part of Hong Kong. Now I run slow and expect to finish a marathon in five hours.

Running from Sheung Wan to Mid-levels

Sheng Wan Sports Centre

Sheung Wan Sports Centre is five minutes walk from Sheung Wan MTR Station. Please go to 12/F if you need to store your belongings in a locker, and back to 11/F to meet us. We'll first run to HKU station. Then take the lift into the campus. Then we'll run to explore the West and Central mid-levels. * Please wait near the changing room. Run to four beaches from Ocean Park to South Bay

Ocean Park MTR Station Exit C

If you can run 8 Km in one hour, you can join. Starting from Ocean Park, we’ll run along the coast, finding Deep Water Bay, Repulse Bay, Middle Bay, and South Bay on the way. We’ll take a rest at each beach. After arriving South Bay, we'll run back to Repulse Bay and eat together in a sitting area of a shopping mall. The total running distance is about 9 Km. You can swim and take showers at Repulse Bay. Most of the roads are footpaths and roads that rarely have cars. We'll enjoy drinks and BBQ foods in an outdoor dining area of a shopping mall in Repulse Bay. Deep Water Bay Repulse Bay South Bay
