I finished my first marathon in 2005 and my fifteenth marathon in 2015. I run to explore and reach every part of Hong Kong. Now I run slow and expect to finish a marathon in five hours.

Running from Causeway Bay to Admiralty along the coast

Needs a location

Distance : 8 Km
Pacing: 7 min/Km

We'll do some warm up in Causeway Bay Sports Ground and start running to Victoria Park at 7:30 pm

This is a running and sightseeing tour. We'll stop to take pictures and explore some interesting places along the way.

We'll run 4 Km along the coast in Wan Chai, Admiralty to Central and run back to Causeway Bay. The total distance will be 8 Km.

You can leave earlier in Admiralty.

Causeway Bay Sports Ground is on the eastern side of Central Library opposite to Victoria Park . You can store your belongings in Causeway Bay Sports Ground and you can enjoy a hot shower after the run. There are some number locks but sometimes full, so please bring your padlock to make sure you can use a locker.

Running and hiking from Central to Aberdeen for seafood lunch

Needs a location

The total running distance is 9 Km.
Pacing: 7 min/Km

Starting at Central MTR Station Exit K, we'll run to Hong Kong Park and Kennedy Road, then walking up the stairs to May Road. We'll follow Holland Path to Wanchai Gap Road.

After some rest, we'll run down to Aberdeen Reservoir and explore the trails around.

Finally we'll run to Aberdeen Typhoon Shelter and ride a boat to Ap Lei Chau and run along the Waterfront Promenade.

Leave by MTR at Lei Tung Station.

Early lunch with seafood at Ap Lei Chau cooked food centre. Please bring $200. You can leave early by bus in Aberdeen.

Running and swimming in Little Palm Beach and Silverstrand Beach

Needs a location

Running distance: 3.5 Km
Pacing: 7 min/Km

Swimming distance: 1.7 Km
Speed: 3 min/100 meter

Starting at Hang Hau MTR Station (waiting at Exit B2), we'll run up the hill and then down to Little Palm Beach (小棕林海灘) in Clear Water Bay. Then we'll swim along the coast to Siverstrand Beach (銀線灣).

You must bring a floating aid. I suggest those waterproof bags for water sports . You need to keep all your belongings inside the bag and swim with it.

Floating aid, goggles, sunscreen.
