Strength With over 28 years experience as a national level athlete, these classes will teach you all you need to know about running. Wednesday's 7-8.15pm (Track session)
Saturday's 10.45am-12pm (Technical work/Strength training.) £10 per session or £15 per week.
Suitable for all ages & abilities from beginner to elite.
