What we're about

Everyone's welcome to participate. For people interested training for any race from 5ks to Ultra Marathons. All skill levels are welcomed. Mondays and Wednesday are strength training, circuit training, speed training and much more. Tuesdays are track days, working on Speed Endurance, Running Economy, and VV02 workouts. Thursday are Lactate Threshold workouts; fartleks, long repeats, temple runs and much more. Just $7 for pre-registered, $10 for walk-ins. Weekend events; long runs and hikes are free to participate. Mile to Ultra marathon training programs are available for purchase. Coaching programs also available. 12+ years of running coaching experience plus BA in Kinesiology. Be ready to conquer you Endurance challenge.

Monday Night Strength Training

Want to strength up you most important part of your body, your Core; Abs, Hips, Gluteus, Lower Back come through to work out and run. We be doing sprint workouts, uphill sprints, plyometrics, power drills, and circuit training. Everyone's welcome to participate, workouts are modified to meet your needs, easier or more difficult, donations are welcomed. Meet up by workout station by the track. Get your speed endurance, running economy, and mind stronger through a tough Track workout: Advance=1600 Meter Breakdown(1600, 1200, 800, 400) Intermidate=1200 Breakdown(1200,800,400, 200) Beginners= 1000 Breakdown(1000,600, 200, 100). Everyone's welcome to come workout, donations are welcomed. Warm-ups with core workouts, drills, track workout and stretch.
