I prefer 5ks! I run to have fun, keep weight off and to improve my 5k times
What would you like to get out this program? again, anything goes, group training environment, learn how to stay healthy, better form etc.
Group environments push me and motivate me.
I am 44 and enjoy running - I work as a travel specialist in Mission Hills
