This event is open to runners, triathletes, and even those that just want to do some slacker training, that is just show up and lounge!
You are welcome to bring your family and friends, arrive anytime and have the option of joining in any of the scheduled group activities.
9:00 am: Open Water Swim to Pier 60 and back. Meet at Lifeguard Station 5 between Frenchys and The Palm Pavilion.
10:00 am: Cycle the 3-Bridges which is about a 13 mile loop. Fat tire, beach cruiser, and road bikes are all welcome. Meet in the parking lot in front of Frenchys. Initial group picture and another atop the Memorial Causeway.
11:00 am: Beach Walk or Run. A 1-mile and 5k distance will be posted.
Noon: Beach Volleyball in front of Frenchys.
