It's been awhile since I've run consistently but on and off for years.
Michelob Ultra-- Alright I'm not a beer connoisseur.
2-3 times a week but would like to get up to 5-6 a week.
Hi, I'm training for a 1/2 marathon on Saturdays and could use some more days to train with other runners. Sounds like fun.
