Running & Walking Group of the Bluegrass Pages

The Running & Walking Group of the Bluegrass was created for busy people of all fitness levels so that members could have a definitive place and a time to meet for safe, enjoyable workouts while getting to know new people. It is too easy to tell ourselves that we are too tired or that we have so much to do -- that we will just workout "tomorrow". Most of the time, tomorrow never comes. Some of us are recovering from injuries, or have recovered, but find that we have gotten out of the habit of exercising. We just need a little nudge in the right direction.

We believe that there is strength in numbers. We believe that with just a little encouragement and accountability, every one of us can improve our life in significant ways.

Your ideas and suggestions are always welcome and appreciated. It is our pleasure to support your desire to live a more healthy lifestyle. Please let us know what you would like to take away from the group. Several polls can be found under the "More" tab. Your answers will help us tailor the events to the needs and preferences of the Members.
