We are an Exciting NEW Scooter Group for scooters ranging from 50cc all the way up to the maxi scooters and small motorcycles are also welcome. This group is for those riders who are interested in exploring the more rural roads around PA and really enjoying the scenery and those out of the way places and hidden gems you would typically overlook traveling on the highways. What really makes this group unique is it's not just all about the ride it's also about exploring and taking the time to really see things and enjoy the interesting places along the way. We will mainly travel slower back roads with speeds of 25mph-45mph, so if you have a 50cc scooter it should be capable of those speeds.  I also plan on putting rides together just for 50cc scooters....so if you have one don't, worry you won't be left out. I'd also like to include true pedal mopeds.

Most of the rides will have a destination and on occasion this may include places that require paid admission and we always stop to eat and gas up or take breaks when needed. We are also a social group & always have a good time out in addition to riding.

You will need to have a road legal scooter, meaning...must be registered, inspected and insured and have a motorcycle license to operate if over 50cc.

Because of safety concerns, group rides will be kept to a maximum of up to five riders, so rides may fill up fast depending on the number of participating members we have. You can get on a wait list, but are encouraged to rsvp early to secure your spot. I do plan on doing some longer rides and may schedule a ride out of the area or out of state from time to time, so if you do have a smaller scooter it might help if you also have a trailer or hitch rack if you are not able to ride to the starting location. I do have a trailer and can haul another scooter in addition  to mine if needed.

I will try to schedule group meetings where we will discuss and plan future rides,  scooter maintenance as well as safety on group rides etc. There is no cost to join but a suggested annual donation of $5 would be much appreciated to help keep this site up.  Starting in 2017 there will be a $5 annual fee collected on your first meetup.

So if you have a spirit for adventure and live to ride then this is the group you've been searching for.

Come ride with us!
