Musical Salon - Russian Classical Music by "virtuosos of tomorrow" (age 7+)

We proudly present young classical fortepiano players at Roerich Museum. Because of its prestige, the Museum is very selective in hosting classical music events.

The Roerich museum has a long tradition of having professional classical music concerts. This event is going to be one of  a kind. Young artist will perform pieces from Russian classics such as  Glazunov, Balakirev, Borodin, César Cui, Mussorgsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Glinka, Kabalevsky, Stravinsky, Prokofiev, Rachmaninoff, etc.

For young fortepiano players this is going to be a great opportunity to perform on the highest level.

The recital is going to be non-competitive.

To make it more interesting for the young players and for the audience, every performance will be preceded by presentation on the particular composers, their life and work, with each slide providing information in Russian and in English. We see such event not only as fun and entertaining, but also as an educational and cultural experience, where children benefit from practicing their public performance skills and enriching their cultural prospective.

Please reserve your seats in advance.

Admission is free.

    What a great night!
I was moved by an international scope of this Musical concert. Sveta and Dima, you managed to get together Russians, Chinese, Japanese, Korean people all united by the love for Russian classical music! What a move!
I know you guys always let others blossom. But please, Sveta, next time get out of shadow because such evenings are to large extent you merit :)
