The Tuesday Evening Meditation group is an opportunity to learn mindfulness meditation “insight awareness”, lowering our stress and becoming more in touch with our truer selves. Mindfulness Meditation is an opportunity to slow down and look within ourselves.
"The depth of sitting in stillness with a compassionate heart is limitless...offering oneself the opportunity to meet the natural awakened mind."
The meditation evening consists of a 35 minute sitting, break for tea, reflective talk and discussion.
LOCATION: 2041 Larkin Street at Vallejo in San Francisco on Russian Hill. We meet every Tuesday Evening from 7:00pm - 8:45pm.
