This is a Must Attend, my SOB Sisters!! You are meant for this, so cancel everything and be here to join me this Sunday for a glimpse of your most successful self! In our time together Sunday, I will be giving you tools to ignite your confidence, creativity and productivity. You will learn strategies to deal with those negative thoughts, feelings, and moods that get in the way of you shining your brightest, and accomplishing your best. Finally, I will be leading you into a new experience of success- one where you can see it, feel it, hear it, touch it, and even taste it! Sound good? There's more... Get all your questions answered and register into the next Success Circle starting Oct 16th in Phoenix. Synopsis: In this six-week program, you will learn powerful tools to combat stress, overwhelm and the lack of motivation that comes with chronic stress and burnout. I will also teach you essential tools to help you break through your barriers to your greatest success and empowerment. We all come across blocks that hold us back from shining as brightly as we are meant to. I’ll help you move through those with grace and ease so that your most authentic self can shine through. In week 1: We will talk about the importance of regulating your nervous system, and how it acts as a foundation for your most successful life. We will do exercises to help you create calm and peace throughout your day and also to help you identify where negative patterns and stories are getting in the way of your greatest success. By the end of week 1, you’ll have tools to combat anxiety, create peace and calm in your days, and to identify when you’re getting caught up in old stories that hold you back. In week 2: Create greater opportunities and possibilities for success with 3 simple shifts. I will teach you about the power of your body, language and emotions and how they can help you create empowerment and success. By the end of week two, you will have even more tools to help you create peace and calm in your life (combat anxiety and overwhelm). You will also have done exercises geared to helping you break through your fears, your old stories, and the ways in which you have been holding yourself back. In week 3: What is success to you? I will help you identify your own foundation for success, and give you the tools to build it. Finally, I will help you explore why this growth/change/stepping up is important to you right now and how to use that ‘why’ as fuel to make the shifts necessary to move in a clearer and smoother path towards your success. By the end of week three, you will have tools to continually re-define what success means for you and an understanding of why this is important right now in your life. In week 4: Without you, there is no success! And self-care fuels that success. Come learn tools for better connection with yourself and the ability to soothe yourself when you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or lacking in motivation. By the end of this week, you will have resources you can use for healing, taking better care of yourself, and intervening when things get crazy and a little sideways during your days. In week 5: Let's talk about authenticity! We will address communication and boundaries as a means of showing up as your most authentic self. I will help you explore the power of speaking your truth- even when it’s scary! By the end of this week, you will have a clearer picture of who you are when you show up as your most authentic self. You will have experienced the power of speaking your truth in a safe and creative space. In week 6: We'll bring it all together and will create an action plan for you. I will help you stand authentically in your power- to feel what it’s like to fully embody that- and to make decisions and take actions from that new place. I will give you a formula you can take with you and use for the rest of your life to help you choose in every moment how you want to show up! See you Sunday! Cheers, Cynthia

  • SOB Happy Hour 9/25/19

    Olive & Ivy

Hello, SOB Sisters! We're only a couple of weeks away from our next happy hour, and I have to say I love that we have a space where we can all just hang out, talk openly, do a bit of networking, and generally allow ourselves to let loose for a few hours. I SO look forward to seeing familiar and new faces at our monthly meetings! This month's theme is success and everything that goes with it. What does success look like in your life? Are you able to proudly proclaim "I am wildly successful!"? Or are there areas where your success perspective could use some sprucing up? Either way, we'll be dishing about what it takes to be your most successful self at our September happy hour, so be sure to join us! In the meantime, here's the schmetails for our next rendez-vous: Where: Olive & Ivy (Scottsdale) When: 9/25/19 from 5:00pm-8:00pm What to bring: Your fabulous selves and money for drinks and/or food if you wish to drink/eat. Everyone is responsible for her own tab and there is a full bar and a fabulous menu if you want to nourish yourself. The Agenda: As I expect everyone to arrive at different times after work, I'm intentionally keeping this kind of loose on scheduling. We will be doing a drawing of some sort around 7:00-7:30, so bring business cards to network and also to take a chance at a prize! I'll be giving you all questions for each happy hour so as to generate fun and interesting conversations and to break the ice. We can mingle for a while and get to know each other a bit. Once we are all acquainted, I will be offering up some tools for managing stress, overwhelm and burnout. These will be simple skills you can practice in between happy hours to help keep you calm, centered and productive! (Bonus: I will also send these out in a newsletter to everyone in the S.O.B. Happy Hour Group so you have them as part of your toolbox!) The rest of our time can be spent networking, sharing, laughing and practicing your new S.O.B. skills with each other! Details, Schmetails: - You can totally bring other professional girlfriends to the happy hour. The more, the merrier! - No dress code. We will all be coming from work or other activities- feel free to come as you are in business suits, yoga pants, or whatever you're wearing. - This is an event for women to gain support, have a bit of fun and lessen the incredible stress of being the badass professionals that we are. Please remember to be kind, be respectful, and be loving and supportive towards each other. This is also a group where we can network and build new friendships or alliances. That said, please be mindful that no one likes being 'prospected' while they're trying to have a good time and try to respect each others' boundaries around sales pitches and the like. -Please make sure you cancel your RSVP if you can't come so another S.O.B. sister can take your place! I am SO looking forward to seeing the fabulous ladies who have been coming since day 1 and meeting some new members, too! Please text me [masked]) or email me ([masked]) with questions, thoughts, ideas, or concerns in the meantime. Cheers, Cynthia

Hey ladies!! So, we learned something about ourselves as a group when we went to North last month: We LOVE to mingle and to move about freely! In fact, we had a number of discussions about the type of atmosphere that works best for us to be able to talk to each other and get to know all of the beautiful new faces joining us without being stuck in a certain seat. So, for June, as it's starting to get warm out, we're going back to the Vig for an evening- they have a covered patio and misters to keep us cool (not to mention some great happy hour specials and other specials for summer, too!).
