S.T.A.T. provides strength and conditioning training in a group setting. Whether your goal is to lose body-fat, gain strength, sport specific, or just improve overall fitness, S.T.A.T. can facilitate your journey. Training session options include core conditioning, lower body, and/or full body workouts. You can reach your goals through this positive, supportive, and highly motivating team environment. First session is FREE.
