• What we'll do Materials will be available for mindfulness relaxation therapy while you color or draw. Enjoy the company of others and a cup of tea! • Important to know Adults only. This is not a class; specific instruction will not be given.
• What we'll do Tai Chi is offered in the Library on Wednesday evenings, usually in six-week paid sessions. Classes are geared towards beginners and returning students with some experience. • What to bring • Important to know Check our online calendar for the most current information on dates, cost, and registration. Visit http://www.sbpl.info/events-calendar/all-events/ or call[masked], ext. 7286. Usually sessions are six week, but some sessions may be shorter or longer and the cost would reflect that. Students must register for the entire session; no refunds once class begins. Pay and register in person or by using PayPal with your PayPal account or by credit card. A "BuyNow" button will be offered on the confirmation page if you register using the online calendar. You are not considered registered until payment is received.
• Call for current registration dates. The class includes a one-hour period of Yoga instruction, with variations in difficulty suitable for new to experienced practitioners, and with a half-hour of meditation to follow. The cost of a five-class yoga and meditation session is $60. There is another separate Beginner/Intermediate Yoga class taught by another teacher following this class at 7:30 p.m. Payment for these sessions can be made in person at the Information Desk at the time of registration by check or money order made payable to The Friends of the South Brunswick Library. We now offer an option to register online and pay by credit card. You will not be considered registered with a guaranteed place in the class until you have made your payment. • What to bring The room may be cold; it is recommended that everyone bring a sweater or light jacket and don't forget to bring a Yoga mat or a thick towel. • Important to know Check our online calendar for the date of the next class session of Mixed Level Yoga & Meditation. This class will include: Warmup exercise with breathing techniques, Surya Namaskaras (Sun salutations), yoga postures, meditation, Yoga Nidra & different types of Pranayama The cost of a five-class session is $60, payable at the time of registration. We now offer the option of registering and paying for the class online using a credit card through Pay Pal. You can also register in person at the Information Desk and pay by check or money order made payable to the Friends of the South Brunswick Library. Payment for this session should be made prior to the start of the first class. • What to bring Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat.
