It's a long shot, but it wouldn't hurt to ask. Did anyone get a picture of the deer that we saw this morning? I couldn't get it on my camera. If you did, I would appreciate it if you could upload it on the meetup site. I would love to show that photo of the deer to friends and family. It would mean a lot to them. Thanks a million!

Good hike! It was great to see friends! We hiked up to Amir's Gardens which was incredible. You can see how much love & hard work went into the gardens. Amir & his people really care about this place. We saw Bee rock. Weather was perfect. And to top it off, we saw a deer! Everything went smoothly. Jose and Pedro did a great job leading the hike!

From the I-5 freeway exit Los Feliz Blvd and go west for a short distance. Make a right on Crystal Springs Dr. and go until you see the Park Ranger Station. Make a left turn on Fire Rd. and continue on this road around the first parking lot to the next one where you can park.
