Welcome!

This group is open to anyone diagnosed with a mood disorder (depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, etc.) who are looking for support. Also, welcome are family members or anybody we are in a relationship with. Share your experiences with your peers or just learn and listen. We are all here to help each other and gain some personal insight as a result.

We promote a friendly and welcoming environment so you can feel safe sharing your experiences. Meetings are FREE and open to everyone! We meet every Monday night (except holidays). Typically we don't register for "events", Just show up. On average, we have 12-15 people in attendance. We will be dark on Jan-20th for Martin Luther King day. Returning on Jan-27th.
