What we're about

Meditation types include Tibetan Mindfulness, walking, awareness, contemplation, lovingkindness, and guided meditations. Monday nights (non-holidays) from 7-8pm at SCVi Charter School, 28060 Hasley Canyon Road, Suite 200, Castaic, CA 91384. Meeting in "The Village" upstairs, enter through main entrance and follow the signs.

No experience necessary, all are welcome. Suggested donation of $5-10, but anything is acceptable. We would never want anyone to think they aren't welcome due to lack of funds. No preregistration required -just drop in.
