Fitness for anyone interested in improving their human machine. Functional Patterns methods focus on training the body with cables, dumbells, breathwork, grounding or earthing and Self Myofascial Release. Contrary to other methods and approaches FP aims to "retension" the body (create new strengths & muscle connections) to better move the body through gravity without compressing or stressing the spine and joints. For a very low impact, highly intense workout where you get to rewire what "fitness' is to you. Let's improve our quality of lives together! No cost for now, depending on the size of the group.

The location of our Meetups changes because SD is just so beautiful and versatile; we go from park to beach to the trails to gym sometimes - we try to move around with our bodies and stay active without the impact - activities are always safe for those with injuries or general aches and pains that normal fitness activities tend to aggrivate
