Nothing beats running barefoot in the sand when it comes to building strong ankles, and trust me, it's not as easy as it seems (especially if it's high tide). But, it sure is a lot of fun and the teamwork and camaraderie makes it even more awesome.
This run is generally a beginner run, but great for any fitness level. And nothing beats a quick refreshing post run dip in the ocean. So, find your running shoes, then leave them in the car and join us at the beach.
Note: This is a joint meet up with NCA and Adventure Fit, so make sure you introduce yourself and be on your best behavior :-P.
