To anyone that wants to get somewhere in life, or just find their cheerleaders, this meetup is for you. Together we'll discuss our goals and what we want to achieve and explore self-development trends and talks, and hopefully, share out what we've each found that has been helpful in our journeys.
What’s holding you back from living your full potential?
In March, we have Wellness Coach, and regular SELFer, Emma Humphrey conducting a talk on unlocking our potential.
If you always do what you’ve always done, you will always get what you always got”.
During this talk Emma will give us all some tips to generate creative possibilities and new perspectives to overcome obstacles.
What a night it’s going to be!
You can find more about Emma on;

Keith Nelson Coaching
The first instalment of our SELF workshops commences with a morning of mindfulness.
Come along to give yourself some headspace, and meet with likeminded people to learn more about mindfulness, and how it can help us each live happier healthier lives.
During this event we will;
>Gain an understanding of how busy our own minds can be.
>Take part in a 20 minute guided meditation.
>Identify our own personal stress triggers.
>Put a few mindfulness exercises into practice.
>Learn how mindfulness can help us to appreciate ourselves and others.
For this workshop to be really effective I ask a few things;
>That you come with an open heart and open mind.
>That you are happy to talk and collaborate with others in the group.
The workshop aims to be a great mini-break away from the world, for a few hours where we can gain some peace and a deeper understanding of ourselves.
Refreshments will be provided. Drinks and nibbles, so please do let me know of any allergies when booking on.
You do not need to have any previous experience of mindfulness, beginners are welcome, and so too are those who may practice regularly but would like a little 'reset'.
