Abstract for "Measuring Customer Satisfaction using JIRA":
As a workflow and data capture tool, JIRA has features far beyond its most common usage in a software development context. This presentation will cover how to setup JIRA for anonymous access, then how to use it to distribute a customer feedback survey. We'll demonstrate the workflow and transition conditions used to review the feedback, plus a custom email template useful to see user feedback at a glance. Finally we'll touch on some SQL used to extract metrics straight from the database and produce aggregated results.

Lots of fun and great presentations and conversation. I've already had the the opportunity to promote alternative uses of Jira in my organization based on what I saw.

Great. It was small and intimate, so everyone was able to shake hands and get to know each other. The quality of the presentations was top notch - the speakers were very well prepared and knowledgeable and were able to answer questions thoroughly.

My team is beginning to use GreenHopper. I'd love to see a demo of how this tool is used from story creation to task assignment using scrum.
