Some Came Running (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0052218/) (1958) Starts: 5:00 PM, Ends: ~7:20 PM

Starring: Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Shirley MacLaine
Director: Vincente Minnelli
Plot: With a director and cast like this, you might well be expecting a musical -- boy, would you be wrong! Based on the novel by James Jones (From Here to Eternity), the story follows a bitter, alcoholic veteran and once-successful author, as he drifts back to his hometown, in Indiana. His return stirs up not only old animosities, and a potential new flame, but also drags into town a Chicago floozie who fancies herself in love with him, and worse yet, her jealous, gambler boyfriend, who's not one to let her go. No one is going to have fun at this fair...!
