Business Process Transformation

A key aspect of digital transformation is enabling business agility. Business processes, the set of workflows and tasks to deliver an internal or external service, are often inefficient, time consuming and deliver poor customer experiences. Business process transformation can deliver significant improvements in top line, bottom line and risk mitigation but the most important outcome is business agility. A number of technology trends are enabling business process transformation to streamline front office, middle office and back-office processes – in the areas of Quote-to-Cash Processes, Financial Processes, Procure-to-Pay, Supply Chain, Customer Support, etc. They include digitization of documents, the move of applications to the cloud, data-driven decision making, process automation, process mining and continuous process optimization.
