Are you interested in reading and discussing your insights with others? Then join our book club!
We meet every 1-2 months at a local SF venue to discuss our thoughts on a book over a drink or two. There are a few questions prepared ahead of time to help get the conversation going, but overall the discussions are free form.
Book selections are determined by vote, but all will be nonfiction.
Looking forward to meeting you at our next discussion!
Update: Moving this to Tuesday, Feb 26th. I apologize for the change, but I occasionally have to travel out of state on short notice for work and it turns out next week I will be traveling.
For our first discussion, I took the liberty of selecting the book myself. Let's meet up to discuss "Thinking in Bets: Making Smarter Decisions When you Don't Have All the Facts" by Annie Duke.
I came across this book from one of the podcasts I follow and it hits on one of my favorite subjects - decision making under uncertainty. So I am looking forward to hearing your perspective on Annie's thoughts!

The book is also available at the SF Public Library in eBook, audiobook, and physical form! If you don't have an SF public library membership, it is easy to sign up and I highly recommend it. SF has one of the best public library systems in the country. Here's a link to the library's website: https://sfpl.bibliocommons.com/
I will post a few open ended questions on the book that we will use to spark the conversation as the date gets closer. If you come up with any questions yourself that you think will be great conversation starters, feel free to post them here!
No worries if you haven't finished the book, you are still welcome to join. Looking forward to seeing you there!
