Hello, Entrepreneurs!

This is a reminder that the Free Search Marketing Webinar is TODAY at 11 a.m. Meet JASON EWELL, Vice President of Marketing for Online Acquisitions from American Express OPEN and PATRIZIO SPAGNOLETTO, Senior Director of Marketing from Yahoo! Search Marketing. Learn how to put the power of Search Marketing to work for your business. Click here to sign up for this Webinar.

At last night's Happy Networking Hour, we discussed how to balance life and work. Here are some members' suggestions:

Robin: Check email twice a day
Tony: Find a turning off device, a TV show or a good glass of wine that will completely turn you off from work mode
Bill: Set expectations with your clients, so they know your time is precious too
Michael: Fire clients that stress you out or that are not profitable, i.e. "pain in the ass clients"
Raj: Follow the French - to get a 35-hr work week, throw out the least productive hours and go drink some wine
Michael: Reduce your to-do list, you won't get 20 things done in one day.
Robin: Delegate or find a clone, i.e. duplicate your skills in someone else thru training
Kirstin: Make a visual chart of your priorities
Michael: Be careful when taking on Big clients - they may cost you more work than you bargained for.

Our members also suggested some reading materials:
"4-Hour Work Week" by Tim Ferriss
"Flight Plan" by Brian Tracy
"Good to Great" by Jim Collins - for some good time management tools - for project management
