    Jesse asked a good question.: There is no special attire for Chow Qigong; many people come directly from work. Casual attire is fine. A good rule of thumb, always be comfortable and avoid wearing anything restrictive or so tight that it leaves marks on your skin and/or you would not want to wear it around your neck.
