Hard money lending and 2 investment pitches

Join us Monday February 17th as we talk about hard money lending. This is a fascinating area of investing used for real-estate loans. Let's discuss how they are used, and how we can use them in profitable way as part of our own investment strategy. Marshal will moderate our discussion and share his experience. I think there's something we can all learn from this topic, regardless of whether we take part in this type of investing. Be sure to RSVP to the meetup if you plan to join.

We'll also hear two new investment pitches from Alec and Eric. This is a great way to hear new investment ideas and explore different industries.

Partners, please be sure to attend this meetup so we can vote on new business. You can view the minutes from our February 3 meeting.

Again, please RSVP if you can join us. We will meet at 543 Howard St - look for the building number on the sidewalk in front of the door. There is nearby street parking, and the Montgomery St MUNI/BART station is close by.

Next meetup: March 3 - we'll talk about the airline industry and hear investment pitches by Jeff and William.
