What we're about

This group is for women interested in joining open-minded lesbians in a variety of cultural and social activities in San Francisco and the Bay Area. While primarily designed for lesbians over fifty, it is open to all queer women. Our goal is to provide a fun, easy-going, embracing climate to meet and socialize with other women. We are looking forward to shared good times and thoughtful conversations.

Events may include theater, kayaking, movies, dances, dining, dog walks, art making, lectures, protest marches, bike rides, picnics, and anything else of interest to the community.

Disclaimer: The organizers and leaders of this group are volunteers. When joining, you agree to attend all events at your own risk. You and your guests will hold no one liable in case of injury or mishap.

Music at Salesforce Park

Needs a location

InterMusic SF is launching a new, free concert series at Salesforce Park.

Let’s meet out front at 4 o’clock and I’ll wait for people for 5 to 10 minutes and then I want to go up to the park and find a place to hang and listen to the music. Afterwards we can go out for a drink or dinner or whatever anybody wants. The concert is from 4:30 to 5:30 PM. This is a new event and I’ve never been to Salesforce Park, so it will be an adventure!

Jeremy Cohen’s electrifying jazz violin performances have earned him nationwide accolades. Classically-trained and a student of Itzhak Perlman and Anne Crowden, Cohen’s eclectic style reflects his respect for a wide range of violinists from Perlman and Fritz Kreisler to Joe Venuti and Eddie South. Jazz violin and Quartet San Francisco (founded by Cohen nearly two decades ago) embody Cohen’s passion for bringing multiple genres to the string literature.
