Mr. Dottie is a gorgeous silver laced Wyandotte rooster who is looking for a home with land, sun, and a place that appreciates his cock-a-doodle-doo. He is 6 months old. He needs to be rescued by someone outside of San Francisco/Oakland, as roosters are illegal in these places.

Wooster is so handsome! Wooster is a 4 month old Silkie rooster. Silkies are known as the "lap dogs" of the chicken world - they're so friendly! He's going to make any yard/farm look more distinguished. We haven't heard him crowing yet, but he probably will as he gets older. Make sure your neighbors won't mind that! He gets along well with hens. Wooster should have lots of good dirt to roll in to help control pests that might be on his body (natural for chickens). The more space he has the better. Remember that young Roosters have a lot of energy and enjoy the sun, pecking for bugs and fresh air. Most importantly for Wooster is that he have a safe and secure place to sleep at night. Marin County has many predators that are always on the prowl for roosters and chickens. Spend some time watching this handsome bird. We are sure you'll realize just how regal he is and that he'll make a fine addition to your family and farm!
