We will practice yoga and share experiences, thoughts and challenges about pregnancy, birthing and parenting.
This class/meetup is for mamas who want to build strength and supplely in their bodies for easier to manage labour. During pregnancy many yoga classes forget that pregnant women are capable and need to maintain their muscle tone and strength for the long hours that a labour can take.
Those who want to have a natural unmedicated birth, this is the place where you will be encouraged, supported and prepared.
