Several of you asked for a beginner's run, so here you go! I will lead a "no drop" run starting at the arrow on Wednesday after work. Our pace will be whatever you want it to be, although let's see if we can get to a 10:00 pace (that's a nice beginner pace). But we won't leave anybody behind. We'll go until we feel like stopping; that might be one mile, or maybe two or three (but not more than three). I can go over some tips for beginners and you'll get a support group of your peers!
