Needs a location
Since it's a bit remote, we'll meet at the Headquarters Visitor Center (http://coepark.net/pineridgeassociation/planning-your-visit/visitor-centers-and-park-entrances/visitor-center) at noon.
take 101 south, E. Dunne Ave exit, go to the end of the road...
Parking is $8.
The park itself is very large, remote, rugged and beautiful. This is the dry season, so probably no wildflowers, but some incredible oaks, vistas, some old buildings, etc. even the access road has a lot of possibilities. To get to the oaks, allow for hiking a bit to get to the ridge area, probably a mile each way. Afternoon light can be gorgeous.
