Tomorrow is Indonesia Day in SF.
I'm going to TRY to be there -- this is not an official meetup unless someone steps up to be the organizer as I'm not 100% yet that I can attend. (Please message me if you don't mind just being at the meeting spot = up the stairs at the corner of Powell and Geary and hold up a sign, perhaps?)
If I do make it, I'll try to be at Union Square between 11am to 11.15am, up the stairs at the corner of Powell and Geary wearing the top of kebaya and probably holding up a printout of the Indonesian flag. If you don't see me there between 11m to 11.15am, that means I'm not able to make it (sorry!!) -- to confirm, you can text me at[masked] on Saturday.
I do suggest for those that want to enjoy it as a group to meet there at 11am - and familiarize yourself with the pictures of those that RSVP'd YES on this site.

19th Annual Indonesia Day
"... Giving Indonesians an outlet to celebrate proud heritage and at the same time, thrilling the local Bay Area with vibrant colors of Indonesian's Batik and Kebaya, inimitable sounds of Sasando, and luscious flavor of spicy grilled chicken, beef rendang, gado-gado, lemper, and martabak manis"
