Presentation on Scuba Diving and Reef Conservation in Belize

Reef Conservation International (ReefCI), is a non-profit organization based in Belize that performs critical reef conservation work. Come to a special presentation from Polly Wood, Founder of ReefCI at Salesforce on Monday, January 28th!

As a volunteer with ReefCI, you get to:
Spend 5 days on a private island in the idyllic Caribbean
Act as a marine biologist!
Perform coral, lobster, conch and fish surveys
Spear invasive Lionfish! (for advanced divers)
Learn about important conservation efforts to protect the delicate coral reef ecosystem, and what you can do to help out at home
Learn how to scuba dive! -- PADI Open Water Certification is included!
For experienced divers, you get to further your diving skills and go on up to 4 dives per day (including night dives)

Scuba Divers who have gone on this program in 2012 will also be there to answer questions and share their incredible stories.

I cannot make the schedule. But I am very interested. Is there a web site?

I've been to see Polly at ReefCI twice now. If you love to dive and enjoy conservation work you couldn't ask for a better experience. While at Salesforce I used my Volunteer Time Off to help collect data and eradicate invasive species. I highly suggest going to this presentation if you are passionate about conservation or diving!
