We will be meeting 12:30pm-3:30pm for our normal Park Day, but the Egg Hunt will begin at 2pm among the trees on the grassy area (behind the library).
Bring a basket or bag for collecting eggs.
Optional: Bring filled plastic eggs to contribute. (Any amount. A dozen? Sure! A hundred? Sure!)
If you bring eggs, prizes such as candy, toys, and coins are all fine. Keep in mind, if it is sunny, chocolate does melt. Freeze chocolate ahead of time.
Although Easter has a significant religious meaning to many of us, this event is open to homeschoolers of all faiths/belief systems.
Note:
When the egg hunt is finished, your children are welcome to take the eggs home along with their prizes. There will be a receptacle for the plastic eggs for those who do not wish to keep them. Before returning the plastic eggs, please match them and close them up . They will be reused for next year's egg hunt. Thanks!
