As a successful badminton player /healthy athletes, they are not playing random game to improve,some players they love training because they practice to improve and energetic,in random badminton game they can skip any game match when they are tired or look for better player partner to cover the game,which mean you skipping your workout to save energy actually works against you,this the reason why will be more tired next day ,this exercise behaviour and attitude won't help to lose weight and become more energetic,
I have been coaching about 10 years and numerous of trainee i met ,the feedback from trainee after lesson ,"your training is tiring"

Be punctual and prepared 15 minutes earlier before session start ,whoever trainee late more than 15 minutes will be miss out the footwork practice.
During your first session,trainer will assess your current level of skill to determine recommended level of training
Training fee $20 2 hours inclusive court fee,$23 if less than 5 pax to cover court fee purpose .Have fun with the training.
