Sinners Collective is a communal art initiative exploring the creative potential of social collaboration. We use art as a vehicle to empower society by encouraging people from all walks of life and abilities to participate in creative collaboration, and watch as their contribution (no matter how big or small, complex or simple) flourishes into something we can all take pride in.
We have founded the Collective on a simple five point manifesto: - We believe in strength in numbers - We believe that creativity is a muscle, not a gift - Art should be accessible for the benefit and enjoyment of all - We aim to break down the restrictions of perceived ownership - The Collective will be run as a not-for-profit initiative
Our mission is to facilitate workshops, that encourage both personal progression and expression, whilst actively promoting collaboration. In parallel to the workshops we will be encouraging participants to donate their pieces to the Collective repository, to be made freely available to download, edit, manipulate and share.
With a keen desire to make our work socially beneficial, we will endeavour to operate the collective in a way which maximises the financial support we can offer to our nominated charities. We will maintain complete transparency so that you know exactly what percentage of the proceeds from each of our events has been donated to charitable causes.
