Pixinsight is an excellent tool for processing astrophotography images! This is the 1st in a series of free workshops presented by SJAA that will provide a foundation for new users of Pixinsight. Our member Francesco Meschia, will be going over the whole process of calibrating, integrating and post-processing a set of One Shot Color/DSLR image files. A link to the files will be provided for attendees to work with during the workshop. If time allows, he will also help you post-process your images if you bring pre-calibrated & integrated image files.
Please be sure to have a working installation of Pixinsight on your laptop in order to be able to follow along during the workshop. A 45 Day free trial of Pixinsight is available at:

Trial versions require an internet connection in order to function. Free Wifi is available at the Library.
