What we're about
A group to Support those living with DID/Multiple Personality Disorder. This group is a place to be able to talk to others that understand what we are going through. To share insights, thoughts, and tools to assist us in not only coping day to day but learning how to thrive in our lives.
We all have different tools that have assisted us to where we are now and I would like to be able to have each of us share those tools to make a difference in each others lives.
This is a safe open container for us to discuss and relate to others.
The group is open to support people as well. There is a screening process so if you are not a person with DID/Multiples or a support person then I will respectfully ask that you DO NOT attend or message me and lets have a conversation about what has drawn you to this group.
Note: This is NOT a therapy group, I am not a therapist. If you need support in that way please call a professional therapist for assistance. And you are welcome to join our support group with the written approval from your therapist. Please let me know if this is the case.
This Group is a peer group of people affected by childhood trauma. The founders and participants in this group are not licensed mental health professionals or affiliated with any licensed medical organization.
