What we're about

What we Are: A group to Support those living with DID/Multiple Personality Disorder. A place to be able to talk to others that understand what we are going through. To share insights, thoughts, and tools to assist us in not only coping day to day but learning how to thrive in our lives.

We all have different tools that have assisted us to where we are now and I would like to be able to have each of us share those tools to make a difference in each others lives.

We are a safe open container for us to discuss and relate to others. Building connection trust and love!

We are a peer group of people affected by childhood trauma and living with the affects of how our system chose to keep us safe!

We are learning to accept and love ourselves for who we are now, not who the world thinks we should be!

The group is open to support people as well. Please come join us and walk with your loved one in their journey to loving themselves and feeling safe in this world!

There is a screening process so if you are not a person with DID/Multiples or a support person then I will respectfully ask that you DO NOT attend. Please message me and lets have a conversation about what has drawn you to this group.

What we are not: This is not a therapy group, I am not a therapist. If you need support in that way please call a professional therapist for assistance. And you are welcome to join our support group with the written approval from your therapist. Please let me know if this is the case.
