What we're about

Mormon men often find little support among their fellow Mormons when facing divorce. It can shake our faith. But what are we supposed to do, or feel, or say? We are usually at a loss. Unfortunately, even those who listen and want to help often have no experience themselves, which leaves us feeling disconnected from what used to define and protect us. We feel unimportant, aimless, powerless. Our meetup connects us, consoles us, and supports us (through encouraging, helping, and educating one another). Meetings are held monthly in various eateries in the area around dinner time.

This is a meetup for Mormon men who, despite all the cruel things happening to them, want to stay in the LDS church and be reminded of the reasons why. BUT YOU ARE WELCOME regardless of your feelings on the church. I will personally see to it that you are welcomed, that you contribute. This isn't a fireside. This isn't a devotional. We will talk frankly and we'll go home feeling better than when we arrived, better able to handle things.
