Conversation about Coal, Climate, & Clean Energy

The Meramec Coal Plant is making people sick, contributing to climate change, and poisoning our air & water for years. Many people who live right by it in the St. Louis metro area, especially Oakville & Arnold, have no idea. We are hosting a panel discussion on the impacts of the plant and the clean energy solutions that can move our region off coal.

Should be there. Labadie Power Plant has a mercury and SO2 plume over St. Charles, Franklin and St. Louis Counties. Let's get the solution for the Meramec Coal Plant and then Labadie.

Great Juli! That's wonderful that you are attending. That is such a long distance for you to drive. I will be great to have you in my part of town. Yes, let's dump Meramec and Labadie, even at the same time if we must. Renewals could easily make up the difference.

I was chosen as the moderator of this event. I will probably be one of the speakers also. Hope you can attend!
