Spring Bachata & Salsa party with taxi dancers & beginners classes

Our last Bachata & Salsa Party was our biggest ever, and now it's time for our 3rd party this year. We'll have 3 courses in bachata:

  • Bachata styling at 7pm with Harriet Rautio, open for both girls and boys
  • Beginners course at 8pm
  • Sensual Bachata course also at 8pm with Esther Montero and Rodolfo Andrés Núñez Uribe , for those who already know the basics
  • Bachatango course also at 8pm with Daniel Pettersson and Fredrika Backman Hsieh, for those who already know the basics
  • Social dancing starts at 9pm

Then social dancing through the night.

Esther and Hernan, two of our teachers:

And Harriet's Bachata styling also from our party the 11th of January:

Intro class in Kizomba

Daniel and Carmen in Bachata warmup

We recommend anyone who is not used to the dance to come for the intro class to get you going. We then continue into the night, dancing.

Here a couple of pictures from the party on March 31, 2012:

Social dancing

There will be a dedicated dance floor for Bachata, and one for Salsa.

Location is Klara Södra Kyrkogata 20, right in the center of Stockholm.

Entrance is 100 SEK, courses are included in the price. After 9 pm it is 60 SEK. Students get discount upon presenting student card, to 50 SEK. Cash only!

We have a deal with a non-drinking organisation that makes it possible for us to do this, so there will be no alcohol, just dance. Oh, and free Fika: good coffee, tea, and sparkling and non sparkling water. We will try to sell some hearty food too, to fuel us through the night. Also feel free to bring food of your own if you want to, to fuel yourself or for sharing.

No alcohol is a small price to pay for the enjoyment of dancing with beautiful women, Armando. The only bad thing about it is I can't blame my poor dancing on alcohol. ;)
