Bachata & Salsa party feat. Club Bachata and dips & beginners classes

Bachata & Salsa Party in the heart of Stockholm, at Klara Södra Kyrkogata 22 (map) until 3 in the morning. We have the honor to present Club Bachata! We'll also have 3 courses in bachata:

  • Bachata styling at 7pm with Harriet Rautio, open for both girls and boys
  • Beginners course at 8pm with Esther Montero and Jörgen Modin
  • Bachata dips also at 8pm with Hernan Martinez and Fredrika Backman Hsieh
  • Social dancing starts 9pm

The well known Club Bachata (Rolf Söderholm without Lars Baker this time) will give us their best bachata songs.

Then social dancing through the night

Intro class in Kizomba

Daniel and Carmen in Bachata warmup

We recommend anyone who is not used to the dance to come for the intro class to get you going. We then continue into the night, dancing.

Here a couple of pictures from the party on March 31:

Social dancing

There will be a dedicated dance floor for Bachata, and one for Salsa.

Location is Klara Södra Kyrkogata 20, right in the center of Stockholm.

Entrance is 100 SEK, courses are included in the price. After 9 pm it is 60 SEK. Students get discount upon presenting student card, to 50 SEK. Cash only!

We have a deal with a non-drinking organisation that makes it possible for us to do this, so there will be no alcohol, just dance. Oh, and free Fika: good coffee, tea, and sparkling and non sparkling water. We will try to sell some hearty food too, to fuel us through the night. Also feel free to bring food of your own if you want to, to fuel yourself or for sharing.
