You are invited to join a small group of kindred spirits to celebrate the arrival of a new day. Some mornings we will sit in silent meditation and enjoy the magnificent canvas unfolding in front of our eyes. At other times we can practice breathing techniques to rejuvenate our lungs or do some gentle stretching to wake up our bodies. This is a one hour session, created to connect to nature, calm your mind and get into a relaxed state of being. Afterwards there is time to share, mingle and make new friends.
